Notes
Add to-dos as note blocks
Type / to insert a to-do block — check it off inside the note, or make it a real Todos entry.
Notes are not just for reference — any part of a note can turn into action. A to-do block is a line with a checkbox: click to tick it off, right there in the note.
Add a to-do block
- Type / to open the block menu and pick the to-do block.
- Or type Markdown directly: - [ ] becomes a checkbox line.
- An existing line can be converted — no retyping needed.
From note to Todos
- Promote a to-do block into a real Todos entry — give it a due date, a reminder, or a Pomodoro.
- Or embed a task that already exists in Todos — search and pick it, and it lives in the note too.
- Finish it from either place; the note and the list agree.
