Add to-dos as note blocks

Notes are not just for reference — any part of a note can turn into action. A to-do block is a line with a checkbox: click to tick it off, right there in the note.

Add a to-do block

• Type / to open the block menu and pick the to-do block.
• Or type Markdown directly: - [ ] becomes a checkbox line.
• An existing line can be converted — no retyping needed.

From note to Todos

• Promote a to-do block into a real Todos entry — give it a due date, a reminder, or a Pomodoro.
• Or embed a task that already exists in Todos — search and pick it, and it lives in the note too.
• Finish it from either place; the note and the list agree.
