What gets synced

Sync mirrors your knowledge base — not absolutely everything in the app. Here is the exact split.

Synced

• Workspaces — each one syncs as a whole, with its own name and icon.
• Inbox — every capture, on every device.
• Notes — content, links, tags, and embedded to-dos.
• Todos — tasks, due dates, reminders, and perspectives.
• Tags — the shared tag registry, so filters work everywhere.
• Files — attachments and the trash bin.

Not synced

• AI chats — conversations live on the device where they happened and are not mirrored anywhere.
• API keys — your provider keys never leave the device, sync or not.
